- Information collected automatically: basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

- To respond to your questions and consultation requests.
- To schedule and confirm appointments and send reminders.
- To send you information about solar and battery options you asked about.
- To operate, protect and improve our services and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only (1) with the licensed solar contractor and financing company handling the consultation or project you requested, (2) with service providers that help us run our business (such as our phone and scheduling systems) under confidentiality obligations, and (3) when required by law.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing landonchristensen@lgcypower.com or calling (949) 676-6317. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion; contact us to exercise them.
